	The training room of the PC Information Centre. Graham, our R:Base (remember this software which incorporated SQL before DBase did?) developer at the right. The PCs the Government of Fiji could afford at that time were either 12 Mhz 80286 with 80 MB disk or 10 MHz 8088 with 30 MB disk. No networking was in our budget. (Dec 1988)
